When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Pabellón de deportes de Cenes de la Vega Friday from 11:00h - 14:00h and 17:00 - 20:30h Plaza de Pradollano, Sierra Nevada Saturday from 6:00h to 8:30h If a participant is unable to pick up the bib for major causes, it may be picked up by another person on his behalf by presenting authorization, photocopy of ID card and license (if federated) of the bib holder.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
The organization offers the possibility of changing the modality if there are race numbers available in that modality. If the modality you wish to change to is less than the one you registered for, you will be refunded the difference between the amount paid and the registration fee at the time of requesting the change, minus €3 for management fees. Therefore, the price that will be used for the new modality will be the one corresponding to the date of the change request. If the amount is €0, the €3 management fee will not be charged. If you wish to change to a higher option, you will have to pay the difference between the price of both registrations. To make the change you will have to request it by sending an email
