Course details
In the swimming tour (2 laps) you will have the opportunity to swim through a spectacular beach, with shallow waters and with views that reach the Delta de l’Ebre and the Serra de la Mussara. The cycling circuit (3 laps) runs along a highway in which you will be surprised by the average speed reached. And running (4 laps) you will discover the charm of the Costa Daurada and the warmth of the large audience during the tour.
Middle Distance Relay
The relays can be of 2 or 3 components and the different sections can be distributed freely. It is not necessary to have three participants, a member of the team can do two disciplines, regardless of the order Each team can be male, female or mixed.
Short Distance
If you are looking for a test before jumping into the middle distance, Challenge Salou offers you the opportunity to test yourself in a SHORT (2 laps in swimming, 2 in cycling and 2 in the race on foot) going through the same circuits that in the distance MIDDLE. When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Plaza de las Comunidades Autónomas.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, as long as you have sent an email to the organizer and the person picking up the number carries an authorization and a photocopy of the triathlete’s ID.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Cancellations without return insurance must be made in writing up to three weeks before the test (the third Monday before the test). If it is not done within this period, under no circumstances are they entitled to a refund of any amount.

Is the use of neoprene mandatory?
The neoprene cannot be used above 23ºC and will be mandatory below 16ºC. It is optional between both water temperatures.
What kind of bicycle can I use?
Only time and/or road bikes are allowed. The use of mountain bikes or hybrid bicycles is not allowed.
