The transfer fee between races is 100 lei and can only be done with reason, at the latest until the registration closing date. If a transfer to a shorter race distance is desired, the difference will not be refunded. For the transfer to a longer distance journey, the difference between the amount already paid and the price at the time of transfer of the journey to which the transfer is requested will be paid. For well-founded and proven medical reasons, it is possible to request the transfer of registration for the following year, but not later than the date of closing of registrations. The transfer of an entry in the name of another competitor can only be done before the closing of entries, by paying a transfer fee of 100 lei.

In case of non-participation, the fee is non-refundable. Reimbursement of the participation fee can be done as follows: - more than 90 days before the event date 100% of the price paid minus 100 lei reimbursement fee - between 90-60 days before the event date 70% of the price paid minus 100 lei refund commission. - between 60-30 days before the date of the event 50% of the price paid minus 100 lei reimbursement commission. -with less than 30 days until the date of the event, the fee cannot be returned.

If you participate individually, the answer is YES, you need a license and if you don't have it, you won't be able to participate in the competition. We recommend that you get your license in time, so that you don't have any surprises. You can apply for the annual license or for one race, online, on the federation's website. If you participate in a relay race, you do NOT need a license. If you want to score in the National Triathlon Circuit, the license must be annual.

We assume that you already have the right bike for the race you signed up for (see the previous question). It must be perfectly functional, so as not to endanger your safety or that of those around you. First of all, it must have functional brakes. Other aspects you have to take care of would be: the levers must not be damaged, you must have plugs at the end of the handlebars, you must not have artisanal devices on the bike, etc. When handing over the bike in transition area, before the race, a technical official will check its technical condition (a kind of technical inspection). If it does not correspond technically, you won't be able to compete with it. You also need a bike helmet which will be checked when entering transition area. Wearing a bike helmet is mandatory for the entire duration of the bike course.. Failure to comply with this rule may result in disqualification.
