The SHERRY MARATHON offers a unique opportunity to run through Jerez de la Frontera and the sea of vineyards that surround the city and are part of Jerez, participating in a special race along the legendary distance of 42,195 km.
SHERRY MARATHON combines the personal challenge with the opportunity to discover one of the great cultural and natural heritage of Spain, Jerez de la Frontera and the Marco de Jerez. The athletes will tour the most famous avenues, streets and squares of the city of Jerez and the most magical roads and lanes of the vineyard mantle of the Jerez de la Frontera.
In addition, the runners will enjoy during the race of the best gastronomic products of the area to make the Sherry Marathon an experience for the five senses difficult to forget.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The bibs number and bag of the runner can only be collected At the Alcázar de Jerez de la Frontera (Next to Alameda Vieja) during on friday from 11:00 - 14:00 y 17.00 - 20.00h and saturday from 17.00 - 20.00h.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
To collect another person's bib number it is necessary to present a photocopy of the ID and authorization of the holder of the bib number.
Recommended Material
Mobile phone: With fully charged battery, active roaming, and turned on during the entire event. Cup for liquids: no cups/glasses will be provided at aid stations. Drinking container and/or hydration pack: total minimal capacity 1L. Sunglasses: with plastic lenses Sunscreen cream or lotion: Total protection. Electrolytes and/or mineral salts Energy food: Energy bars, gels, fruits… Backpack: Appropriate to the volume of the material and pace of the participant.
Is there a shuttle service to the Departure?
YES, only for the Promo modality. The Organization will have a shuttle bus service that will connect the META area (Alameda Vieja) with the EXIT of Sherry Promo. The departure time of the shuttle buses will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. ***No bus will leave after 10:00.
