In the middle of June, participants can take part in the annual staging of the Maasdijk. It is a multi-sports events with the unique opportunity to run a Marathon in the evening!
The start is at 6 PM, enabling the athletes to avoid the hottest time of the day, and to run at a time of day they are most likely to do their trainingsruns at well.
On Saturday evening the course alternates between 'silent sceneries' at the borders of the Maas, and small historical villages, finishing in the vivid center of Oss, where thousands of people welcome the runners, until the last athletes will cross the finishline, close to Midnight.
