Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Location: Fogarty Park, Cairns Date / Time: Saturday 12th July 2025, 9:00am – 4:00pm Bring your Registration Confirmation with your printed QCode a friend can collect on your behalf with a copy of your registration email Strictly no bib collections on race day.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, with a copy of your registration email
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Transfers of distance will be subject to the availability of races.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Where eligible, the following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received. Refund of 50% up to 5pm, Monday 5th May 2025 Refund of 25% up to 5pm, Monday 2nd June 2025 No Refunds after 5pm, Monday 2nd June 2025
Can I run with headphones?
Yes you are welcome to run with headphones, but please be mindful of volunteers, police and ambulance and other runners.
Can I run with a pram?
Yes – you are welcome to run with a pram in any of the distances, however we please ask out of courtesy to other runners to please start at the back.
How do I get my pre ordered Merchandise?
All pre-purchased merchandise will be available for collection at the times below: Saturday 12th July 2025, 9:00am – 4:00pm (collect from Registration) Sunday 13th July 2025 6:30am-12:30pm (collect from Merchandise store as Registration is closed) Any purchased merchandise must be collected at the event. No merchandise will be mailed out prior to or after race day.
What are the cut off times?
42.2km – 6hr cut off 21.1km – 3.5hr cut off 10km – 2hr cut off You are welcome to walk the 5km and 2km events, but please be mindful that roads will reopen at 12:00pm, with interim checkpoints.
