Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The race kit will be delivered on dates and at locations to be announced on the event page. The organization will provide the possibility to collect race numbers on the day of the race up to half an hour before the start. It will be delivered exclusively to the race number holder upon presentation of proof of registration with race number in paper or digital format. The participant must have proof of registration and/or an identification document with a photograph.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If you are unable to collect your race number in person, you can send your original registration receipt to a third party for collection in the days prior to the race day.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Any change to registration data will have an associated cost of €5 and is only possible until March 20, 2025.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
No refunds will be made for cancelled registrations at any time.
