Each lap has a total of 1.4km of running and 800m of swimming. A potential of 6 laps covering 13.2km of awesome swimrunning.

We can only refund the balance to you if we receive your request 14 days after purchase. You may submit an email request to transfer your entry to one of our other events, we will accept such request at our discretion but subject to the following provisions: (1) you must have already paid the fee for the event in full; (2) the change request must be received 5 weeks before the event date; and (3) the change request may only be carried out for events taking place in the same year
