After our debut event in May, we're excited to announce an Autumn edition of our swimrun knockout event. Featuring a total distance of 15km (12km running and 3km swimming), this event is perfect for swimrun enthusiasts of all abilities. The competition will be held at Princes Dock, Liverpool, and you can participate either solo or as part of a team of 2 to 4 members.

Run: 700m
Swim: 200m
Run: 900m
Swim: 300m
Run: 400m
Each lap is a total of 2.5km (2km run, 500m swim). The cut-off time for each lap:
Lap 1: 26 min
Lap 2: 25 min
Lap 3: 24 min
Lap 4: 22 min
Lap 5: 20 min
Lap 6: Now it's an all out race!
Lap 1: 26 min
Lap 2: 24 min
Lap 3: 22 min
Lap 4: 20 min
Lap 5: 18 min
Lap 6: Now it's an all out race!
If you are not finished within the lap time you will have to stand down at the end of that lap. If you finished ahead of time then you can rest for the remaining time of that lap.
You will potentially complete 6 laps.
