Join Lisbon Eco Marathon
Come join us in the celebration that connects the Mountain (Monsanto) to the heart of Lisbon (Marquês de Pombal).
Lisbon Eco Marathon is the follow-up to the Lisbon Marathon 2004, but very different from the road race ‘Lisbon Marathon’, which is held in autumn.
This is a small but friendly race in the beautiful surroundings of Lisbon. You will run on tracks and through cooling forests. The race is a bit more adventures than the every day race. It is therefore compulsory for all participants to carry a mobile phone, which must be switched on throughout the entire race. It can only be switched off after crossing the finishing line or if stating abandonment. Lantern use is mandatory, with new replacement batteries in a sealed package. All participants must carry a whistle.
If you love adventures, nature and running in a friendly group, this is the race for you!
