(10:00) 5km WALK – Start at Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira – (right to) Av. Sidónio Pais – (left to) Rua Eugénio dos Santos - (right to) Av. António Augusto Aguiar (athletes return along this road in the wrong direction) – Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo (left to) - Saldanha – Av. da República - Through the Campo Pequeno tunnel – (after the tunnel, on the right) towards Entrecampos (return in the wrong direction without going around the roundabout) - Av. da República – (Do not enter the Campo Pequeno tunnel) - After the radar, continue straight ahead towards Campo Pequeno – (left to) – Av. Berna (through the cone corridor) – RETURN at the intersection of Av. 5 de Outubro (cone corridor) – Return to Av. de Berna (pass in front of JF Avenidas Novas and access the central station) - Av. da Republica - Saldanha – (they do not do the 2nd lap) Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo - (right towards) Av. António Augusto Aguiar (the athletes go up this road in the wrong direction) – Left towards Rua Eugénio dos Santos (in the wrong direction) - (right towards) Av. Sidónio Pais – (left in the wrong direction) Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira.
