Frequently asked questions
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Individual Sports entries: Until April 15 (included): distance changes in the same discipline allowed. The original registration fee will not be refunded and in the event that the new distance price is higher at that time at the price paid when making the original registration.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
- We shall not be liable to refund entry or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to force majeure. We shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have occurred, including transport cost, accommodation etc. The organization will propose a compensation for the participant for the next Long Course Weekend Netherlands event. The organizer cannot be obliged to refund the registration fee.
