Join Grand Raid de Camargue
Crossing wild Camargue in the south of France.
Starting among the traditional bull and horse herds (manades) and finishing at the city walls of Aigues-Mortes, the Grand Raid de Carmargue will guide you through this authentic territory and will put you to the test, but only once a year.
The event was born in 2015, from the meeting between an agro-environmental actor and Laurent GRENIER, who is both passionate about ultra-distance running and the heritage of the Camargue territory. The organization wants to combine the sporting aspect with environmental, heritage and sport-health awareness.
First sporting event to be both labeled by a Natural Park and an eco-actor member of a Biosphere Reserve , we are working on an eco-responsibility charter with the Camargue Regional Natural Park , the Camargue Biosphere Reserve , and other managers of natural areas. The municipal support of Aigues-Mortes is essential to us.
