Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The collection of documentation, including the front of the bicycle, will be carried out at the secretariat of event, to be held at the Eduardo Mansinho Sports Center from 3 pm to 7 pm on September 27 and from 7 am to 8:30 am on September 28, 2025.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
The exchange of registration between athletes and the exchange of registration for the route chosen at the time of registration is only permitted until September 20, 2025.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
There will be no right to refund the registration fee, except if the race is cancelled for reasons attributable to the organization.
