What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Entries are non-refundable for any reason. Transfers to another participant are allowed until 30 April 2026 for a fee (minimum £12 + admin charges), but no refund is given. You may defer your entry (once) to the next year if injured, pregnant, or postpartum, with proof and a £30 (+ bf) fee before 3 June. No refunds will be issued if the event is delayed, changed, canceled, or made virtual due to incidents, extreme weather, force majeure, or pandemics. No liability for any losses.
Can I wear headphones?
In line with Welsh Athletics rules, headphones are no longer permitted, unless they are the bone conducting type where you are able to hear your surroundings. This is so you be aware of others around you, listen to all race briefing information, marshalls on the course and all emergency services.
