The Nova Scotia Open Water Swim and SwimRun Challenge offers athletes a thrilling endurance event at Long Lake Provincial Park. Participants can choose from open water swim distances of 2K, 5K, or 10K. For the ultimate test, the Nova Scotia Weekend Pass lets you tackle both the swim and the unique SwimRun event, combining trail runs and lake swims. Take on the 20K SwimRun—featuring 7K of swimming and 13K of tough running trails—or opt for the sprint distance with 8K of running and 4K of swimming across ten dynamic stages. Experience Nova Scotia’s natural beauty while pushing your limits!
