Experience a magnificent weekend of running near Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, where perfect weather complemented the vibrant atmosphere of the event. With nearly 3,000 bibs distributed—about 1,000 for the half-marathon alone—participants embraced this friendly and festive gathering, set against a breathtaking backdrop. Saturday evening featured family-friendly races, including a 5km supporting the Refuge Arpan and a spirited 10km, both fostering camaraderie and fun. Early on race day, 120 enthusiastic volunteers welcomed runners with coffee in the picturesque village before the marathon and half-marathon began, showcasing stunning views that left lasting memories. Highlights included Ines Laurin and Thomas Desbarbieu winning the 5km, Maël Laurent leading the 10km, and Patrick Vidal triumphing in the marathon with a time of 2h54', while Valérie Tixier claimed victory in the women’s category. In the half-marathon, Anna Wasik secured first place in 1h23', with Nicolas Fernandez clocking 1h14'30". Runners enjoyed a unique opportunity to pursue their passion amidst the striking landscapes between the Mediterranean Sea and the Clape massif, all while supporting local causes.
