Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race bib collection for 2025 will be confirmed closer to the event. You can also collect your bib on race day, at least 30 minutes before your event.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If you are unable to pick up your race bib, you can nominate someone to collect it on your behalf. Just be sure to communicate that with each other to avoid confusion! You can also collect your bib on race morning but please allow an extra 15-30 minutes.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
If you enter and then cannot run, you have 4 options: Transfer the entry to a friend for free (send us their name, DOB, gender [if applicable], event, mobile and email) Roll it over to next year, or We can refund less a $10 admin fee (up until Friday 25th April at 5:00pm) You can switch to the virtual event for free No refunds, transfers or deferrals are possible 5pm Friday 23rd .
