When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?

Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, he/she will have to show a photocopy of your ID card or passport or have a picture of it on the phone.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
The registration is personal and non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person. Once the registration to the race has been made, no refund will be made, except if the race is suspended by decision of the organization.
What does the pair modality consist of?
It consists of two participants making a single entry and competing individually in the race, but going together at all times. In this way they will have a correlative location in the transition area – box and will always be together. Each of them will have a bib, bracelet and an individual chip to be able to follow them throughout the race.
What kind of bike can I use?
In the Middle Distance, only road bikes are allowed. In the Sprint Distance and Junior Challenge, either road or mountain bikes may be used, as long as they do not have any type of aerobars or handlebar extensions.
Can I use bikes with disc brakes?
Yes, the rules allow it.
What will I get at each provisioning point?
You will find provisioning stations at the end of the swimming segment and in the running section. You will have water, isotonic drink and during the running race also glucose gels.
Are the streets of the cycling segment closed to traffic?
Yes, there will not be any vehicle foreign to the organization within the segments of the race.
Is it compulsory to wear a neoprene?
Probably its use is optional, but it depends on the rules of the federation and the weather situation.
