21x21 Challenge (Running Edition)
2 to 22...that means it starts on 2nd and ends on 22nd Oct 2020 :)
Our message has been simple: Build Yourself.
Old saying: A Fit body has a Fit Mind in it. And a fit mind and body is the greatest boon to any society.
How do we achieve a fit body and fit mind? It is done by developing a healthy habit.
Maxwell Maltz quoted in his famous bestseller- “It takes 21 days to form a new habit.”
And that is the seed thought of the 21X21 Challenge.
What you have to do:
Run 21 half marathons in 21 consecutive days... consecutive 21 days is the most important part.
You can be flexible in choosing your distance depending on your current and targeted fitness level.
Our motive is that on the other side of this 21 days challenge you emerge as a much healthier, fitter person.
The Event kicks off on 2nd Oct 2020 and ends on 22nd Oct 2020
Hence the special name: 2to22.
