Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
All participants in the competition will receive one T-shirt, one competition bag, one set of numbered cloth, and a disposable sensing timing chip (excluding Happy Run) before the competition. The organizing committee will distribute competition items to participants from 9:00 to 18:00 on November 1-2, 2024, and extend the distribution time to 22:00 on the 2nd.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
(1) Once you have successfully registered, you cannot change your event. If you give up the competition, the registration fee will not be refunded. Other fees incurred during registration will be borne by the applicant. (2) The organizing committee has the right to decide whether to accept the application based on the applicant's registration status. If an applicant is confirmed to have obtained the qualification to participate, the registration fee will not be refunded after the application is successfully registered.
