The inaugural 2024 Yueqing Half Marathon was a spectacular event that left a lasting impression on runners from across the country. As March reached its peak, Yueqing's 2,000-acre rapeseed fields burst into full bloom, transforming the modern urban-rural landscape into a breathtaking sea of golden hues—each blossom a masterpiece of nature’s artistry. Adding to the event’s charm, heartfelt intangible cultural heritage (ICH) support stations made their debut. From lively drum performances to the graceful dances of the She ethnic group, these cultural showcases reflected the warmth and hospitality of Yueqing, solidifying its reputation as the “City of Happiness.”
