The Tapada Real de Mafra Trail will take place at the Tapada Nacional de Mafra, starting and finishing at the Casa do Salabredo. The event is organised by Trail4U in partnership with Tapada. This event is ideal for those seeking challange, leisure and contact with nature in the Tapada forest.
Created 280 years ago, the Tapada Real (Royal Hunting Reserve) was intended as a royal leisure area dedicated to hunting for the entertainment of the royal family and nobility. Trail4U is pleased to take you to feel like part of the nobility, running or walking near fallow deer, red deer, wild boar, foxes, and others. You can also enjoy the fauna with numerous birds, in addition to the area's diverse forests, which are considered the great wealth of the Tapada de Mafra.
