THE ROC Wales triathlon
Join THE ROC Wales triathlon 2025
THE ROC WALES begins on the golden sands of Abersoch beach with a 1.5km sea swim in the stunning Abersoch bay. Following this, contestants embark on a 50km cycling route that is both swift and progressively undulating, leading into the Snowdon Massif. Next, the race proceeds on foot via The Watkin Path, the most challenging route up Wales' highest peak - a 6km stretch ascending 3,330ft to the summit. Once at the top, racers can soak in the remarkable panoramic views before heading back down, cycling the return 50km ride. The race concludes with a triumphant 1km run along Abersoch beach, leading to the finish line.
