Practicalities
Age Limit
The age limit is 18 years old for Full Marathon and Half Marathon. And 14 years old for the 10K
Aid Stations
Throughout the tour there will be refreshment and aid stations. From kilometer 5, every 5 Km there will be a refreshment station.
Award Medals
All finishers will receive a medal.
Maximum Time
Full Marathon 6 hours, Half Marathon 3 hours, 10K 1 hour 30 minutes
