A beautifully scenic, flat and fast USATF certified 2.96 mile loop around the shores of Rockland Lake. Just shy of 9 laps = Marathon. All runners’ laps scored.

Age Limit
All participants must be 18 or older
Aid Stations
Aid stations every mile, including a very well stocked main aid station (lots of nice treats) every 3 miles.
Award Medals
For both Men and Women: Top 7: Under 50, Top 3: 50-59, Top 2: 60-69, First Place: 70 & Over. Medals for all finishers. Awards ceremony at 12:15 PM
Equipment Storage
Bag check available for personal belongings.
Maximum Time
All participants must complete the race within 7 hours (16 min/mile pace). 2pm cutoff strictly enforced.
Parking
Parking is free if entering parking lot before 8AM. $8 parking fee if entering after 7AM

Transport
