About Kona Marathon

The Kona Marathon takes place at the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast. The race will start and finish at the Waikoloa Bowl at Queen’s Garden, offering runners a scenic run.

Famed for its stunning views of the Pacific Ocean as well as its lagoons and lakes along its golf courses, the resort is where runners will spend most of the race.

Runners will experience great scenery as they participate in this marathon in the historic and scenic Hawaii islands.
