Set in the breathtaking highlands of Shangri-La, Yunnan, the Shangri-La Trail Run takes you on a journey where nature and culture meet in their purest forms.
Starting from Potatso National Park, runners will traverse a dreamlike landscape of snow-capped mountains, vast alpine meadows, and crystal-clear lakes. Every step reveals a new layer of beauty—untouched, expansive, and deeply spiritual.
But this race is more than just scenery.
Along the course, you’ll pass through Tibetan villages, prayer flags fluttering in the wind, and centuries-old traditions still alive in daily life. It’s a rare chance to experience the rich ethnic culture of the region while pushing your limits at high altitude.

There will be a free shuttle bus from designated pick-up points in Shangri-La to the race start at 6:30 AM on June 20, 2026. Detailed locations will be announced later.
