Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race Packs can be collected on the day or from local running shops 3 weeks before the race.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes they can but they need to show your confirmation email.
How do I get to the race location?

What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Race entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NON-DEFERABLE. We do not permit a change of race number. A full refund will only be offered within 14 days of payment. After this there will be NO REFUNDS, DEFERRALS TO NEXT YEAR OR TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER RUNNER.
Marshals/Sweep marshals?
The entire course will be fully marshalled. Marshalls are volunteers so please say thanks to these amazing people! A sweep Marshal will be present to assist athletes who do not complete the course and will be transported to the finish line.
