Join Kew Gardens 10K

The Kew 10K will start and finish at Kew Gardens on the 30th March, 2024. Every runner will receive a fantastic medal, a technical running t-shirt (male & female cut) and free entry into Kew Gardens. The 10k will take place all inside Kew Gardens, with the half marathon staring in the gardens before taking you on a scenic tour of the leafy London Borough of Richmond the riverside and Ham House before winding its way back to the gardens to finish.

All of the routes are fast, flat and beautiful – taking place on the 30th of March, 2024 they are the perfect time for a pre London/ Brighton Marathon training run ahead of the big day.

10K: Flat, tarmac, professional measured and certified. London's flattest 10K! This is still London's flattest 10k and even flatter than last years Kew Gardens 10k. The new course has net drop of 5ft and only a total of 63ft gain the whole course. The new course now starts outside the Hive on the beautiful Broadwalk and finishes outside the famous Palm House. Half Marathon: Mixture of flat tarmac inside Kew Gardens with multi terrain on the towpath. Professionally measured and certified. No hills! Starting outside the Hive at Kew Gardens the brand new course run through the beautiful gardens before running down the beautiful thames tow path berfore finishing back at Kew. This is still London's flattest half marathon and even flatter than last years Richmond Half Marathon. The new course has net drop of 3ft and only a total uphill of 181ft across the whole 13.1miles.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?

Race Packs will be available to collect 1 week before the event from Sporting Feet in Richmond (9 King St, London TW9 1ND) or from the event village on race morning. More information will be emailed to you closer to the time.

Can someone collect my race pack for me?

We advise using public transport, running, cycling or walking to the event if you can. Kew Gardens station is 10 minute walk away and Richmond train station is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey.

How do I get to the race location?

The entrance to the event will be via Ferry Lane. This is accessed via Kew Green outside the Elizabeth Gate entrance to Kew Gardens.

Kew Gardens free entry for spectators

Kew Gardens is a ticketed venue so we are delighted that your race entry also allows an additional 2x adults and 2x children (U16) to enter with you FREE of charge when you arrive for the race! Important: For your spectators to access this free entry they will need to be in the Gardens before the gates close at 08:30am for our private run. Once you are in Kew Gardens you can remain there for the rest of the day but you cannot exit and then re-enter without paying the standard entry fee.
