The Quito
Últimas Noticias 15k (QUN-15k), is the most important road race in Ecuador, it
take place in Quito, the capital of Ecuador, on the first Sunday of June. 
The QUN-15k is the biggest race, with 18.000 runners. Also, we have the biggest
inclusive 5km road race of the world, with 1.100 athletes who has special
abilities. The race starts at 07:30 am with the 5km at Av. 6 de Diciembre and
Wilson, it arrives to the soccer Stadium of Ecuador team “Estadio Olímpico
Atahualpa”. Then at 08:00 am the 15km starts from the south of the city at “El
Comercio” News Paper facilities, the race route runs through the entire city,
offering an unforgettable experience in Quito’s Old Town (Cultural heritage of
Humanity), and arriving finally to the same “Estadio Olímpico”, to have an
amazing closure.
