When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
At the start, no later than 1 hour before the start of the race.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the event of extraordinary events, inclement weather, earthquakes and extreme climatic events up to 15 days before the scheduled date of the event, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the race, after which all competitors will be refunded 50% of the funds paid. The organizer will use the remaining amount to cover part of the organization's costs incurred up to the moment of cancellation. If the race is cancelled due to inclement weather, or any other reason beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be made.
