Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Pick-up will be available from Wednesday 9th April to Friday 11th April from 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm at Trideporte (Carretera Aeropuerto 62 - Ed. Las Olas). On Saturday at the Official Hotel all day and on Sunday 1 hour before departure.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
If any stage has to be suspended due to weather conditions, no refund will be made. Race numbers and chips are personal and non-transferable.
