Admiral Mason Park
Intersection of 10th Ave and Romana St., next to the Vietnam Wall Memorial
Combine Veteran’s Day weekend, historic Pensacola, sugar white sandy beaches, add a route atop the bluffs overlooking Escambia Bay where runners greet the sunrise and you have the perfect recipe for the Annual Pensacola Marathon
The course follows a loop. Much of this takes in stunning scenery including the site of pristine sugar white sandy beaches and views overlooking Escambia Bay as well as passing through historic neighborhoods. Runners start in Downtown Pensacola, near Admiral Mason Park, and finish at Corner of Romana St. and 10th Ave. The course is undulating, rising approximately 100 feet over the first 12 miles followed by a fall of the same height over the last 14 miles.
