Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Participants are able to change the event distance that they are registered. ● Downgrade distance, i.e., from higher to lower distance, does not have any extra fee nor does it allow any refund. ● Upgrade distance, i.e., from lower to higher distance, only has the price difference payment fees between the already paid distance and the higher chosen new one.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Participant can request change of personal data, except of Name/Surname, up to 1 month before the event. If the participant registered is unable to attend any event, he/she can only transfer the rights of participation to another person until 1 month prior to the event and paying 25€ of transfer fee. Participant can request the full refund of registration fee, services and products purchased through the registration platform, only during 1 month after registration was done. Swimmer can change the distance for the event he/she is registered for. Downgrading distance from bigger to smaller does not have any extra fee neither allows any refund. Upgrading distance from smaller to bigger will include the fee difference payment. There is no option of changing registration from one event to another, unless it’s a solution, provided by OCEANMAN for any race cancellation/postponement.
