Maratón 7 Colores returns to San Andrés Island, Colombia, for another edition following its debut in 2025. The event invites runners from Colombia and abroad to take part in a race set beside the island’s well-known “seven-coloured” sea.
Organized by Fundación 7 Colores, the event includes distances for different ages and ability levels. The half marathon and marathon courses are certified by World Athletics / AIMS, offering internationally measured routes on mostly flat coastal terrain. The marathon route circles the island clockwise and includes an additional section based on the 10K course.
This event is not just about running; it’s also about making a difference. They’re supporting athlete development programmes, helping to make San Andrés a top-notch international sports spot and showing off the island’s culture, like its music and dance. The race is a great way for runners to explore San Andrés through endurance, beautiful views and the warm support of the community.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Location: Maratón 7 Colores Expo / Festival 7 Colores in San Andrés Island: Friday and Saturday 09:00 to 18:00. Race packs must be collected in person.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
No refunds of registration fees under any circumstances, even if, for any reason, including unforeseen and irresistible circumstances caused by third parties or as defined in Article 64 of the Colombian Civil Code and related Colombian jurisprudence, the participant does not compete in the Race. If the Organization is forced to postpone, cancel, or modify the race, the Organization will not be responsible for, nor obligated to refund, the registration fee in the event of modifications, alterations, or changes to the start and/or finish line, routes, or course.
