Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
All the identification material (official jersey of the race and merchandising purchased through the form) will be collected at the Expo Bike of Mussara Salou, located soon, on Saturday 25th May from 10:00am to 20:00pm.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, the person collecting the bib must present the ID card (original, photocopy or mobile phone photo) or proof of registration of the person concerned.
How do I get to the race location?

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Changes between distances will be accepted until 13 May 2024.
When will I know which starting box I am assigned to and what my bib number is?
During the week prior to the event, participants will receive an informative email with the allocation of the starting box and bib number.
What is the mandatory equipment?
The official race jersey. A bib number on the front of the bicycle, visible at all times. A participant identification bracelet that will be given to you when you collect the material and you will have to keep it on throughout the cycling tour and to access the post-finish services. Homologated helmet. Charged mobile phone.
Will there be a mechanical assistance service in Mussara Salou?
Yes, at the Expo Bike as well as at fixed points at strategic locations along the route and mobile points.
