Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
It is recommended to stay tuned to our social media to be informed and updated about possible changes in the collection address of race numbers @mediamaraton_chiclana Runner's Fair, located at the Atenas Playa Restaurante & Beach Club Chiclana, on April 17 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on April 18 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Race numbers will not be distributed on race day, except for participants who are not from the province of Cádiz and who request it in writing. *Race number collection hours at the Start Line will be from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, with a copy of your identification document, a registration confirmation email and your written authorisation.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
You can withdraw your assigned spot until April 1st, assuming the costs, which vary depending on when you withdraw: • Until October 31st: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. • Until January 31st: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. • Until March 31st: 25% of the registration fee will be refunded. • After April 1st, registration fees will not be refunded.
