Maraton Internacional de San Juan

San Juan Marathon is an event that offers a renewed and unique circuit with ideal weather conditions in the month of July (between 6° and 17°C) so you can beat your records.

The 42 km race begins between mountains, from the Punta Negra Dam , and continues along the perilago, passing through hills and vineyards, crossing the Quebrada de Zonda , the Autódromo Eduardo Copello and traveling along the Ruta del Sol before reaching Libertador General San Martin Avenue . This section is surrounded by a beautiful boulevard and a typical grove of trees that will accompany you to the heart of the City of San Juan . In this section, you will visit the most emblematic places of our province, such as the Government House , the Aldo Cantoni Stadium , the Parque de Mayo , the Birthplace of Sarmiento and the Cathedral of San Juan . All this is part of the attraction of the circuit, culminating and crowning you with a medal in the picturesque front of the Bicentennial Theater.

In addition to the 42 km race , we also offer distances of 21 km , 10 km and 5 km , so everyone can be part of the Urban Running Festival. Both professionals looking to improve their times and amateurs who want to enjoy the sport in the context of a great event that brings together runners from all over the country and neighboring countries.
