This WA Bronze Label race is an unavoidable appointment in the regional, national and international sports calendar, which will gather more than 5000 runners from around the world and will undoubtedly consolidate Castelló as a reference sports city.
Thanks to the effort of the organization, full attention to the runners, the impetus and encouragement of the volunteers and citizens of Castelló and the collaboration of the different organizations of the city, the race has achieved great success and is already one of the favorites of the Popular and elite runners.
On this occasion, thanks to the design of a faster, more flat and rectilinear circuit, Marató BP Castelló has managed to gain a foothold among the most renowned races, having won the LABLE BRONZE IAAF world recognition. A great step for the test and especially to attract that sports tourism that is looking for quality tests around the world. Castellón is already one of them. Kibrom Ghebrezgiabhier, in 2024, with an incredible 2:07:24 mark, broke the test record and placed us in the fourth fastest marathon position in Spain. Also in the 10k the records of the race were beaten, in male 27:02 and in female athlete Yalemzerf Yehualaw, beat the world record of 10k, stopping the clock in 29:14, positioning us as an optimal race to overcome all the marks of the runners and beat their own records.

Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The runner's number, chip and bag can be collected at the RUNNER'S FAIR located in the El Grau room (Next to the Puerto Azahar Casino in El Grau) , all day Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.: 00h to 14:00h and from 16:00h to 20:00h. Under no circumstances will bibs be delivered on the day of the test.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes. You must download the authorization form on the Web and provide it together with the participant's identification, ID, Passport, etc.
How do I get to the race location?

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, you can change the distance in Expomaratón the day before the race. If you change from Marathon to 10k there is no refund. If you change from 10k to Marathon you will have to pay the difference.
