Course Highlights

Ida Ultra

The starting point of the Ida Ultra is Yeşilyurt village, which is connected to Küçükkuyu town. You will start to race in the grounds of a wonderful Aegean village, with 550 years of history, stone houses, unparalleled nature and olive gardens where you can see every color as you run. The race will be completed almost completely on pathways and gravel roads. From time to time in towns and villages the roads will be paved, other than those roads there won’t be run on asphalted roads.

In the course you will cross creeks, pass through olive gardens, cross over historic bridges and run through the roots that no one has ever entered before. There are 7 control points within the course. Since the weather will be cold by the time the race is organized, hot soup will be given at the 3th and 4th station and finish point.

In many sections of the race you will have the opportunity to see the bay of Edremit. Do not forget to take photos!

Course is 62 Kms. and Elevation Gain is 2600 meters.

35 K Zeus Run

If you say 90 km is too difficult to run and 15 km is too short for me, the Zeus Run is a more suitable track for runners who want to enjoy the Edremit bay and run 35 km.

The race will start at the Yeşilyurt town square simultaneously with the Ultra Marathon and go through respectively Adatepe village, Narlı village, Doyran village and will end in old Altınoluk. Except for the village centers the 35 km course of the race passes through the pathways and olive fields. In only 2 sections there is an asphalt entrance of five hundred meters. Total altitude gain is 1440 meters

Due to the season there will be plenty of fountains, stream passes and shaded areas in the course. Is it not everyone’s right to run in the cool?!

Your phone will probably not function in some parts of the race. If you encounter a problem, move to the nearest point where your phone works and get in touch with the organization team. You can also report your location to the person running behind you.

14 K Village Run

The 15.16 km long village run will be run between Yeşilyurt and Adatepe villages, the region where culture tourism is most concentrated. The race will take place in the pearl of the Aegean between these 2 beautiful villages and is designed as a trail run. As each point will be marked there will be little to no risk to get lost. Compared to race distance there is an altitude gain of about 640 meters and we can say it will be sweet tough. The time limit is 3 hours and the race must be completed within this time. Running alongside the olive gardens and the view of Edremit will add another kind of peace. We hope you’ll enjoy it!
