The next Björn Borg Helsinki Half Marathon is scheduled for June 7th, 2025. This event is the premier half marathon in Helsinki, the capital of Finland. The officially measured 21,1 km course showcases the very best of Helsinki.
Runners will experience the stunning coastline of Helsinki, a city renowned for its breathtaking geography. The city center is nestled against the coastline, featuring numerous bays, inlets, and islands.
While Helsinki may be the youngest of the Scandinavian capitals, it is the most artistically inclined, boasting a legendary design scene. Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The race office is located at the event center in Meripuisto (Merisatamanranta + Neitsytpolku intersection, near Kompassitori). Before the event, you’ll receive an email and text message with a QR code to collect your race number. Please have the QR code ready when picking it up, and bring your friend’s document if collecting on their behalf.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, it's possible.
How do I get to the race location?
We recommend using public transport.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
You can transfer your participation to shorter distance at Helsinki Half Marathon without extra fee until 31.5.2025. After that we will charge 10 € for the transfer. If you want to transfer your participation to a longer distance, the fee is the difference between the fee paid for the original registration, and the current fee of the new distance. The transfer has to be made no later than 6.6.2025.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
No cancellations of participation are required, unfortunately it’s not possible to get a refund.
