When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
You can pick up your race number from the race office in Meripuisto. More information about picking up your number will be updated in the event info on our website closer to the event.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, it is possible with your QR code.
How do I get to the race location?
We recommend using public transport. You can plan your journey easily with the HSL Journey planner.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
You can transfer your participation to a shorter distance for the Björn Borg Helsinki Half Marathon 2027 without additional costs until 5 June 2027. After this, the change of distance costs 10 €. When transferring to a longer distance, the transfer will be charged the difference between the price you paid and the price of the longer distance valid at the time of the transfer, but at least 10 €. The transfer must be made no later than 11 June 2027.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
No cancellations of participation are required, unfortunately we do not offer refunds for registration fees.
