Join BMW Helsinki Marathon 2025
The Helsinki Marathon is an annual road race held at the end of summer in the capital of Finland. All runners take on the 10 km loop with a large part of the course giving everyone a view of the gulf of Finland. This marathon in Helsinki has a great atmosphere aided by several cheering points on the course with music to lift your spirit and give that extra adrenaline kick. The city was established in the 16th century by the king of Sweden. Despite being founded by the Swedes, the home of the Helsinki Marathon carries a lot of similarities with St. Petersburg, especially the wide streets and neoclassical mansions. A city tour during your weekend trip to Helsinki will not disappoint you.
BMW Helsinki Marathon is one of the biggest running events in Finland, and it will be run again on 23 August 2025 on a fabulous revamped route on the streets of downtown Helsinki.
All runners from beginners to professionals are more than welcome to join the BMW Helsinki Marathon.
Distances at the event are marathon, 1/2-marathon, 10k and marathon relay (4 x 10,55k).
