About Fargo Marathon

The Fargo Marathon is best described as Flat, Fast, Friendly & Fun… with an emphasis on Friendly & Fun!

The Fargo Marathon courses are what makes our races unique! Each course visits great neighborhoods, running paths with the marathon and half marathon courses going through downtown Fargo and historic 8th and 9th streets! Of course, all of the races are fast, flat and friendly!

Fargo Marathon course is going to be something special! Starting from inside the Fargodome, surrounded by 15,000 cheering fans and spectators, the marathoners will take off and first get into the quiet, tree-lined streets of north Fargo.

It’s over 40 bands and DJ’s that will line the course! Expect tons of fun and entertainment to keep you going through those 26.2 miles!

As always, the Fargo Marathon is a USATF Certified Course – and is a Boston Qualifier!

Finish inside the Fargodome with a huge jumbotron and thousands of screaming fans! No better way to complete your marathon than by being inside the dome!
