Join Colon Cancer Awareness Virtual Run
Spread the awareness and importance of checking your symptoms of colon cancer with your doctor. We all had a friend/family member who win or lost their battle with colon cancer.
Each participant receives an e-bib, medal, certificate and sweat wristbands. You also have the opportunity to purchase a T-shirt for only $5! Worldwide shipping of the race goodies is free!
How To Participate:
• Install a running tracker app (Nike+, Runtastic, Strava, Garmin, Mapmyrun, Google Fit, Runkeeper or any similar app)• Choose a location. You can run anywhere and anytime. Outdoor or indoor(treadmill, elliptical are also accepted). Don't forget to record your running distance!
• We accept accumulated runnings throughout the running period. (Eg: 1km today, 2 km tomorrow..)
• Complete your run and submit your result. Just take a screenshot or if you are running on your treadmill, just take picture of the distance on your screen and send us! It is as simple as that.
• We will send you a link to submit results upon registration. You can also choose to just e-mail us your results.
• Upon sending us your results, your e-cert and medal will be shipped to you, worldwide!
