The BrighTEN Marina Run offers a truly unique experience on Brighton’s iconic seafront, standing out as the first event to take participants along the dramatic Brighton Marina Wall. Taking place in February, this exciting coastal run starts in the heart of Brighton Marina and gives runners the extraordinary sensation of racing above the water as they traverse the impressive Marina Wall.
The route then follows the scenic Undercliff Path towards Rottingdean, where runners are greeted by sweeping views of chalk cliffs and the crashing waves of the English Channel. The return leg climbs up onto the Overcliff, offering panoramic vistas of both the coastline and Brighton’s vibrant cityscape before leading runners back to the lively marina finish.
With friendly marshals, on-course refreshments, and a vibrant atmosphere, the BrighTEN Marina Run is an unmissable showcase of the city’s spectacular coastal beauty and community spirit.

You will collect your running bib number on arrival at the event.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, you can drop your distance. You can even do this on the day of the event. All you need to do is notify a member of our team before you set off or, if you do this at the course split, please make sure to let a member of our team know at the end of your run. Yes, you are more than welcome to upgrade your distance. Prices may vary depending on what you are switching to. You can do this on the day of the event.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Entry fees are non-refundable. Up to 2 weeks before the event you can transfer your entry to another runner. This will incur a £10charge (per person). Up to 10 days before the event you can transfer your entry to another event. This will incur a £10 charge (per person).
