Badger Mountain Challenge

29 May 2020 (Fri)

Join Badger Mountain Challenge

Badger Mountain is the place where climbers, hikers, and runners all converge in the Tri-Cities, and This local mountain offers expansive views of the beautiful Columbia Basin.

This region is unique in that there are very few native trees so a person can see for miles in all directions, but that also means that it can also be very windy on the ridges.

The Badger Mountain Challenge is a great opportunity to be involved in a race that has a small-town feel but with all the support of a big race.

Run in either the 50K, 50 mile or 100 mile race and enjoy running in this amazing ultra marathon!

Destacable en la ruta

The course consists of footpaths, multi-use trails, rocky and rolling jeep trails, dirt roads, and short stretches of pavement on and around Badger, Candy and Red Mountains.

The 50 mile course is a single counter clockwise loop with a couple of out & back sections. The entire 50 mile course has approximately 7.5 miles of pavement but the rest is on dirt and rock.

The 100 mile course is a 2-loop 50 mile course with a couple of out & back sections. Both loops are run in the same direction.

The 50k course is going to be an out and back on the same route.
