Start and finish in the heart of Southampton’s City Centre with the course passing iconic local landmarks including Bargate, Itchen Bridge and St. Mary’s Stadium. The route is a mix of coast, city and parks.
The route is mainly on road and is a mixture of flat with a few hills along the way.
