Join Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Run 2026
This run is designed to raise awareness about breast health and the importance of early detection. Studies by Target SARL highlight that breast health is a significant concern for many Congolese women, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key to prevention and overall well-being.
Exercise is one of the most effective ways to support health. Research shows that women who stay active experience improved mood, reduced fatigue, better overall health, and increased endurance. Physical activity can also enhance quality of life during and after treatment, and may even help reduce the risk of recurrence for those affected.
Come run with us, raise awareness, and make an impact: 50% of each ticket will be donated to the DRC Cancer Charities — Bomoko and Espoir Pour Elles. You can also contribute additional support through the “Add on” section under Donation.
