One of the smaller countries of the Balkans, Montenegro’s racecourse offers both wild mountain backdrops and deep fjords, as well as rugged Adriatic coastline. Flat calm fjord to challenging coastal course, this has it all, and the Lazure Hotel & Marina base in Meljine, Herceg Novi, serves possibly the best breakfasts of all our events - even pre-sunrise!
As well as the classic 33.3km format, we also have the 'build' 33.3km/2 format for those who want a shorter distance format.
Course details
33.3 Classic
The distance of the iconic English Channel spread over a long weekend. This is the ultimate challenge. Push yourself and join the ranks of the 33.3 finishers! By selecting this option you will swim the entire 33.3km distance solo, over 5-7 swims, across 4 days. Any determined open-water swimmer can do this.
33.3/2 Build
This is the perfect build-up to the iconic 33.3km distance. Many swimmers have doubts (despite often being more than capable) so the 33.3/2 BUILD option is often a great starting point. Swims are almost always less than 5km, as you aim for a 'half' Channel total distance. This is a non-competitive format, no rankings or podiums should be expected. Frequently asked questions
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
You may ask for a full refund of this deposit for 30 days from the date you have executed this payment, for any reason whatsoever. Please note that your space (or spaces, if booking a group) are not reserved until the date we receive your deposit payment in to our bank account. After 30 days the payment is non-refundable (however see section C below regarding rolling credit over to other events). The final balance payment for your event will be payable at the latest 6 months prior to the event start date or within 14 days of invoice issue date if the event starts in less than 6 months from your booking date. If your full Entry Payment balance is not received by the due date then we reserve the right to cancel your booking and in this case your deposit will not be refunded.
